I’m just going to apologize for this 12 of 12 in advance. Work has been crazy busy and I honestly can’t even believe that I remembered the 12 of 12.
The whole 12 of 12 concept is Chad Darnell’s. If you click over to his site you can look through many more 12 of 12 participants pictures… it’s pretty cool. It’s also fun, if you don’t participate… you should.
6:43 am - I’m pretty sure the daycare has given Hunter juice before so now he asks for it. Normally he only drinks water or milk, but lately he has been asking for juice… that’s why I think they have given it to him. Otherwise, how would he know what it is… anyway… Today he had juice after breakfast.
6:43 am - “more juice?”… of course. Oh yea, that’s his favorite glass.
Insert super crazy work day here…
5:43 pm - I come home to a pop tart wrapper on the floor. I’m sure Tyler enjoyed his afternoon snack… ass.
6:08 pm - I apparently had a very small window to shoot the large full moon tonight. Luckily, I was able to catch it. Not the greatest pic but I was trying to be quick, the clouds were moving in and it was FREEZING outside.
6:22 pm - the makings of dinner… except Hubby took the can opener to work for a potluck, and he is bowling… this should be challenging - damn full moon.
7:04 pm - Grandma hugs are the best.
7:05 pm - playing with a “growing Santa”… you put it in water and it grows 600% bigger.

8:00 pm - guess what we are watching?
8:03 pm - position in life is everything…
8:07 pm - the boy has ants in his pants, I tell ya….
Your moon pic kicks MY moon pic’s ASS!! Awesome!! What where your settings? Lens?
Also, are you using the built-in flash or an external for your indoor shots? You photography just keeps getting better and better!

Hey Meg, I beg to differ on the moon pic. But I will give you my stats:
aperture: 6.3
shutter: .4 seconds (actually I think I could have sped that shutter up just a tad, the moon looks almost blown to me).
200 mm
Manual focus - could explain the blur… stupid eyes. Lol
I also used my handy-dandy tripod.
I took it with my 70-200mm 2.8f L Canon which I LOVE. My other lens is an L also, but this baby is so crisp (except the moon shot) lol.
My indoor shots here are with the built-in flash, but I have to correct the white balance in PS otherwise they are very warm. I actually use Camera Raw, which is an awesome place to correct pics.
