FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q: HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO PROCESS?
A: Products come from a range of different sources.  Most products average from 7-10 business days to receive.  

Q: ARE YOUR PRODUCTS GUARANTEED OR COVERED UNDER A WARRANTY?
A: Yes. Despite our company name, we only sell the best quality brand name products available. All new products have a limited manufacturer's warranty that protect against product and production defects. If you have a problem with your order, just email us within three days to make us aware of the problem and include photos to help us determine the source of the problem.  We will issue a re-shipment immediately and we will also cover the cost of postage in the event the item needs to be returned.  Please Note: Novelty/gag products such as plastic x-ray glasses, rubber tongues, switchblade combs, etc. are not covered under any type of warranty.)

Q: WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY ON VINTAGE ITEMS?
A: Vintage items are sold "as-is" and cannot be returned or exchanged. Due to the nature of vintage items, the general condition, as well as all imperfections will be disclosed in detail in the item description with photos to match. Items damaged in shipment will be covered by USPS insurance claims.

Q: WHAT IS THE RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY ON NEW ITEMS?
A: New items may be exchanged for sizing issues and will be replaced by the same item in a different size.  You must contact us within three days from shipment arrival to make us aware of your intent to exchange the item.  Items must be sent back and received un-used and undamaged within 15 days from your shipment arrival.  We cannot accept returns, but will happily replace any items with production or printing defects.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges to send the product back to seller, but we will cover the re-shipment charges for sending you the new size.      

Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED AND DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
A: We are located in North Carolina, in the United States.  Most of our items can be shipped anywhere in the world with minimal additional postage.  As of right now, we can only ship sideshow banners within the United States.  There may be some exceptions to these guidelines, as our products come from a wide range of sources.
